Our Yoga classes offer a range of options to suit your journey. We combine the benefits of Sound Bath in every class. We also provide breathing techniques & guided meditation classes.

Science of Sound Bath

Contrary to popular beliefs, Sound Bath is not just a feel good music that puts you to sleep. There are much deeper healing qualities it produces. It was way ahead of Science and it is only now that hospitals, doctors & therapists are putting the use of sound bath therapy to heal.

Yoga & Sound Bath

Regular Yoga & Sound Bath Sessions. If you're joining our Yoga class, we offer a 10-12mins relaxing Sound Bath at the end. You can also indulge in our full 1hr Sound Baths! See Schedule to book.
